Jawline slimming

A very square jawline can masculinize a face; a look that is often less desired among women. It is sometimes possible to make a face look softer by giving it a more oval, or "heart-shaped" appearance, by slimming down certain muscles. Injections of neuromodulators (Dysport®, Botox®, Xeomin®, Nuceiva®) aim to reduce muscle contraction of targeted muscle. Thus, the masseter muscles are temporarily weakened, which leads to a gradual reduction of their size (atrophy) in the months following treatment. The procedure lasts about 15 minutes.
